At the heart of our bakery is Etai Almog, a master baker with extensive experience in crafting exceptional breads and pastries. Trained in Europe’s most prestigious baking schools and having spent over a decade perfecting his craft at New York’s renowned Balthazar bakery, Etai blends classical techniques with the vibrant flavors of his Mediterranean heritage. His approach brings an unmatched depth and creativity to every loaf, pastry, and treat we create.
